We were very happy with our purchase of two wedding rings which were sent to us in the Shetland Isles very quickly.
We later decided to email and ask for our rings to be exchanged for smaller sizes.
This was arranged the same day and exchanged without delay.
I highly recommend Elma Jewellery for their service and excellent customer care.

We ordered our wedding rings from here, absolutely amazing! They were too small so we sent then back they got them Tuesday and we have received them back today Thursday. Absolutely brilliant company and can't wait to use them again.

Ordered the gold wedding set with engraving, the ring sizer wasn’t a great match to the actual ring size, the woman’s fit okay but I knew my ring size anyways. My partners was too small, sent it off twice as had to be resized by up to 2 sizes. But came really fast each time, communication was very good and it’s a perfect fit now! Paid about £200 for them both and we love them! Absolute bargain!

I ordered His and Hers titanium rings on Wednesday and they arrived by Saturday morning. Super speedy delivery and the rings are exactly as pictured and described. Would definitely recommend.

I had an incredible experience with Elma jewellery. The ring came faster than expected with only a one working day delivery time despite being ordered late on Friday night. The ring is beautiful and engraving is perfect. I initially asked for a ring sizer and it came the next day. One thing I will say is the email response was extremely slow but give them a ring and they answer quickly and are more than happy to help!
I was weary and thought it could be a scam but I could not be happier! I will order again.

Really good experience using Elma Jewellery, Unfortunately I bought the wrong size ring for my wife but sent back and was given a refund promptly. I asked them for a ring sizer which again was received within a few days, we now have the correct size ring for my wife and she couldn't be happier. Signed up Ordered a ring received the welcome email went to go log in few days later only to be stopped in my tracks. Because they had no account linked with my email. When you phone them they don't answer goes to voicemail who tells you just to email them. Rather then please wait and will answer your call as soon as possible. So have emailed them several times already not even responded to emails.

Wish I could give zero ordered a ring and 2 weeks later still not received it

I purchased a 3mm cobalt ring. Excellent quality, speedy delivery, well packaged, cannot fault in any way. For anyone thinking about what metal to go for, I have to say that I have had a platinum wedding band for many years which is now too small for my finger. To have it resized would have cost more than the ring purchased from Elma and it now looks shabby. The cobalt ring is brighter, more scratch resistant and looks gorgeous. Cobalt is the way to go, palladium is just too ridiculously expensive and doesn't compare to cobalt.

Avoid Elma jewellery! Purchased a his and her wedding ring set in 9ct white gold. They sent me a "His" ring that is the wrong size. I ordered a "P" i get sent a "O" Sent it back at my expense, received the same ring i sent them back. They claimed in my claim with trusted stores it's a size "P" they sent me, it isn't i have had it confirmed with a independant jeweller it's not a size "P" and now they are refusing to accept a return. Terrible company with false advertising, there is not Return policy, they are con artists.
